Cancellations
What is the registration cancellation policy?
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed to ACPMAnnual@support.eventPower.com on or before April 24, 2020. A $150 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds will be issued after April 24, 2020.

Registration and Badges
What do I need to bring with me to check in and get my badge?
You will need to be prepared to show a photo ID and your registration confirmation.
How do I update my registration?
You can update your registration within your Registration Portal, or by contacting ACPMAnnual@support.eventpower.com
Meals
Are meals included with my registration?
If you register for the full meeting you will receive meals with the Thursday Opening Reception and the Sunday Awards Breakfast. If you register for a single day, you will only receive the Opening Reception or Awards Breakfast meal if you have registered for the associated day. Coffee breaks will be provided on all days of the meeting.
If I have a dietary/religious preferences, can I make special meal requests?
You can make special requests during the registration process. If you need to make a further change, contact ACPMAnnual@support.eventpower.com.

Yes WiFi will be available in the meeting space.
